Positive: Large, clean, warm. There was basic stuff like soap, oil, salt. Also, they were super responsive. I forgot something and they answered immediately.

Positive: super lage und balkon, freundliche und schnelle kommunikation

Gut! Positive: Perfekte Lage zu einem Frühtermin im KIT Süd am Folgetag. Schöne Zimmer und gute Betten. Negative: Parken direkt vor dem Haus (Ausladen des Gepäcks) war schwierig. Leider konnten wir auch keine Spülmaschinentabs finden (2-3 sollten eigentlich immer da sein).

Positive: This is an excellent place to sleep. The apartment is bright, has two well-sized rooms, the bed in the bedroom is good (though narrow at about 130 cm. for two persons), the aparment was clean when we arrived, the access via a code was very easy, and the location is excellent near the city center. Negative: Extremely minimalistic: There was nearly nothing available (a bit of soap, no trash bags, no dishwasher / washing machine detergent, no kitchen sponge, etc.). The sofa bed had no linen, the owners fixed that on the second day, and as excuse we received 2 Kinder Eggs and 1 cheap Sparkling Wine (2.99 EUR a large bottle, I didn't even know one can find any sparkling wine at that price). The Wi-Fi is very poor, only useful for very slow text Web browsing (no video). The TVs work exclusively via Internet, so they were essentially useless (I expected at least the ARD, ZDF, etc. public stations to be available, but nothing was). We would have preferred to pay some 10 EUR extra per day and receive a strong comfort boost with taking care of all of the above.
